New Metal and Stone Sculptures | 2007 to today
I have always recycled. Selling my shop, moving to the amazing Norfolk Coast, learning new skills, especially welding, has started within me, a tidal wave of new creative energy. I seek discarded, rubbished items, society's rejects, thrown out, their useful life over; like abandoned creatures, misshapen and hidden; they pull at my emotions... I have to give them a second chance... Piles of old rusty metal, stone rejects, flotsam and jetsam collected from the beach, all are waiting in the wings, cluttering up the garden and workshop. I am working towards my first exhibition
